MoveOn - Artists Against ICE

I created this illustration for MoveOn's Artists Against ICE initiative, a national campaign using art to inspire civic engagement and support immigrant communities. The artwork was one of the top five pieces that received the most votes and was selected to be featured in an exclusive sticker pack, with proceeds supporting MoveOn's efforts to get ICE out of our communities.

The monarch butterflies are a symbol of migration, endurance, and resilience. Like immigrants, they travel long and difficult journeys in search of safe environments where they can survive and thrive. The milkweed flowers, which they depend on to survive, represent healing, sanctuary, and the ability to thrive in the face of adversity.
