Artists for Planned Parenthood 2025

I partnered with Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest to create a piece for Artists for Planned Parenthood. This year’s theme was “Visions of Resistance.”

As we witness an increase in attacks on trans people, immigrants, reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ communities and more, Planned Parenthood aims to showcase art that examines the importance of resistance, community-building, cultivating hope, and having a bold and unapologetic vision for our future. 

My piece, “Tending to Tomorrow”, is both a love letter to humanity and also a rallying cry for the future we’re building together. I used a gardening metaphor to express how we all have the power to plant seeds for a better future, and we can all cultivate hope by tending to ourselves and each other. .
